Bike Friendly

This storage room is offered exclusively as a complementary facility for guests staying in the apartments.

Although access to the apartments with bicycles and batteries, whether for storage or charging purposes, is strictly prohibited, use of the storage room is voluntary and subject to a fee of €5 per bicycle per night.

The service fee corresponds exclusively to the use of the space and, where applicable, the available charging points, and does not include any surveillance or custody service.

The owner assumes no responsibility for any damage, theft, burglary, or loss that may occur between users of the storage room or due to the actions of third parties, including damage arising from the handling of bicycles or from the use of batteries, chargers, or other equipment belonging to the users themselves.

The storage room is not equipped with specific automatic fire suppression systems. The use of batteries, chargers, and other equipment is carried out under the sole responsibility of the user, who must ensure their proper and safe use.

Each user is responsible for securing their bicycle using their own locking system and for using approved chargers.

It is recommended that each bicycle be covered by its own insurance policy.

The storage room is equipped with security cameras for safety purposes. In the event of an incident, the owner may provide recordings to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Booking and/or use of this space implies full acceptance of these conditions.

Use of the storage room is carried out under the sole responsibility of the user, in a shared space with other apartment guests and without any surveillance or custody service.

The user agrees not to make claims against the property for the situations previously described, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the property owner or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Likewise, the property owner reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against negligent conduct by users causing damage to the facilities or to other elements within the space, under the same terms in which users could take action in cases of gross negligence by the property owner.
