Although access with bicycles and batteries to the apartments is strictly prohibited, the use of this storage room is entirely voluntary and involves a fee of €5 per night per bicycle.

The amount paid corresponds exclusively to the use of the space and available charging points, if required, and does not include any surveillance or custody service.

The owner assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, fire or damage to bicycles, chargers or any other items stored in this room.

Each user is responsible for securing their bicycle with their own locking system and for using approved chargers.

Charging or storing batteries inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.

The room is equipped with cameras that record images for security purposes.
In the event of an incident or theft, and without assuming any responsibility, the owner may cooperate by providing available recordings to the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

This room is provided exclusively as an additional facility for apartment guests.

Booking and/or use of this space implies full acceptance of the above conditions.
