Our Services:
Hydros tourist homes are 2 today, Ter and Freser, they have a useful surface of 105 m 2 and 92 m2 respectively.
Each house has three double bedrooms, two with double beds and the third one with two single beds. So, each one allows an occupancy for 6 people.
Each house has two bathrooms, one in the suite room and another in the main one.
The houses have the following elements:

- Large dining room, ideal to enjoy a common space with your loved ones, or even to hold work meetings

- Free high-speed Wi-Fi (1Gb symmetrical fiber)

- Large format flat televisions (50 inches).

- Full kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, two-cuin sink, L’Or coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso capsules), toaster and basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pot, pan, drainer …)

- Heating and hot water

- Complete bathroom (washbasin, toilet, shower tray and hair dryer)

- Sheets and towels

- Amenities (soap and shampoo)
As we are totally committed to the environment, our amenities are made with ingredients of natural origin, without dyes or parabens and with rosehip extract, known for its moisturizing and regenerating properties.
Additionally, they are packaged in 30 ml bottles made of 100% recycled plastic that reduces CO2 emissions. Therefore, they are totally sustainable and environmentally friendly.
What we don’t offer:
– Washing machine
– Olive oil, for hygienic reasons
Rules:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment or lobby.
- It is strictly forbidden to hold any kind of party, including bachelor/ette parties (hen party). It is also forbidden to attach balloons or confetti to the walls or ceiling with adhesive tape or similar, as removing it will damage the paint.
- Visits are not allowed. In case people other than those listed in the travel registry need to access, prior consent from the property will be required.
- Prior to arrival, all members of the reservation must register as travelers. In case of minors who do not yet have an ID, name, surname and date of birth of the minor will be necessary. Also name of the father and name of the mother must be indicated.
- Also prior to arrival, payment of the tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night must be made. Once two previous requirements have been met (registration of travellers and payment of the tourist tax), access codes of the apartment will be sent.
- Check-in hours will be from 3:30 p.m. and check-out hours will be until 11:00 a.m.
- Any departure after the established time, which causes delays in access to the immediately following reservation, will incur a penalty of €100. In the event that the immediately following reservation is cancelled due to not being able to access at the agreed time, the full amount of that reservation will have to be paid.
